Part of this daily drawing exercise is to improve my methods of differentiating people. I have a problem with the people I draw, trying to make them look different. It would work mildly better if I separated the eyes, but then I become Jon Rosenberg.


Predator • 11 August 2004

To get in the spirit of "Alien vs. Predator," the group and I have been watching the six movies from both sides leading up to it. That, coupled with the "Predator" special edition coming out the day before, and you have enough inspiration to sketch the Predator's head.

Gaseous Anomaly • 12 August 2004

Josh and Marie encounter a gas leak on a strange new world. This is also the only time I've drawn Erin's rear end, so enjoy.

The Future of Advertising • 13 August 2004

Being paid to drive a Sprite car or to paint Pepsi on your roof is bad enough. But advertising will have gone too far the day you sell yourself to be fitted with monitors. Here's a sneak peak at the future, when James Malcolm has done just that. This drawing the next one were done at Jeff's.

BFF • 13 August 2004

"Alien vs. Predator" opened on this day! Most of us are begrudgingly holding off a little bit, but Ian and Cristine went to see it since she's going to be out of town in the near future. They both liked it, and they're Best Friends Forever with the Predator.
