Phil's Wheelchair
Saturday 15 October 2005

What happens when Phil, Carey, and Josh find a wheelchair? As you may naturally assume, Phil becomes crippled and we try pushing him down flights of stairs. In other words, we try to freak out the neighbors.

After pushing Phil down the driveway a couple of times, Carey and Phil went to visit a friend and proceeded to take a lengthy trip around the neighborhood. Josh stayed behind to shower and was waiting when they returned.

There is also a comic book about this day!

The travellers return Carey and Phil returning after their excursion of the neighborhood.

You'll notice they did this without shoes on.

He's probably talking to the weather hotline This was so exciting that Phil just had to tell someone.

Pushing Phil was surprisingly fun The beginning of another trip down the slope of the driveway.

Now imagine a half hour of this beforehand Josh kept expecting him to hit the car across the street. He had some decent speed going by that point.

It's good for the biceps By far the most fun part was watching Phil struggling to get back to the top of the driveway.

In preparation of a wheelie During their trip 'round the neighborhood, Phil had figured out how to pop a wheelie on the chair. The following photos depict him showing off.

A grin of satisfaction in spite of his lame legs Phillipe is proud of his mad wheelieing action!

Stock update: CAR v2 | PHL ^7 | JSH v5 Carey is not amused by such bourgeois behaviors!

Pshaw to that! He telephones his broker immediately to see how much his coolness has dropped from viewing such ridiculous play.

He thinks he can take decent self portraits Although Josh was one of the instigators this day, he dares not express amusement towards the activities.

I choose the latter The reality of his actions finally catches up with Phil. His head hangs either in shame or because he has gas.

He cares not for the brutal stench of battle Shame it is! He wheels away to contemplate his life.

Maybe those who fight the Nazis will fight the enemies of Phil as well With chaos ensuing downtown (true), Phil's life comes into sharp focus. Though he might have been mocked in the past, his enemies shall rue this day!

Git out else I gits m'golf club, ya slackin' hoodlums! The transformation is complete!

Phil has become a crotchety old man in a wheelchair, yelling at kids to get off his lawn.

It helps to build a shell of tolerance for Phil At the end of the day, all Carey can do is sit and insult Phil.

But that's how every day ends.
